General Terms & Conditions
Terms applicable to all reservations made on ParisBlackWay. Please read them carefully before booking.
Reservation
Any reservation made on ParisBlackWay implies acceptance of these terms. Reservations can be made via:
- The website
- Phone
Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are communicated before confirmation.
- Common routes : fixed rates
- Other routes: automatic calculation based on distance
The price displayed at the time of booking is binding.
Airport / station waiting
Airport: up to 60 min free waiting after landing. Beyond: 5€ per 15-minute block.
Train station: up to 30 min free waiting. Beyond that, additional charges may apply.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24h before pickup.
Below this deadline, ParisBlackWay reserves the right to charge all or part of the fare.
Delay / no-show
In case of no-show by the client without prior notice, the reservation may be considered cancelled without refund.
Luggage
The client must book a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and luggage volume.
ParisBlackWay cannot be held responsible if the booked vehicle cannot accommodate all the luggage.
Onboard Conduct
Any behaviour that is dangerous, disrespectful or illegal may result in the immediate termination of the service.
Force Majeure
ParisBlackWay cannot be held responsible for delays due to:
- Exceptional traffic
- Accidents
- Weather conditions
- Strikes
- Events beyond its control
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law.
